One narrator per language
On English, Chinese and Western European pages, Lullula reads the language of the page and picks a matching narrator, so a Spanish article and an English one play in different voices without you touching anything.

Open a French page and you get a French narrator; open a German one and you get a German narrator. Nothing to switch, nothing to configure.

Prefer a different voice? Pick one for each language you read. Major languages have several narrators to choose from, and the speed runs from 0.5x to 2x.
