Lullula is built by a small team that reads every message. Email and you'll hear back within 1–2 business days, usually sooner.

Reporting a bug? Two minutes of detail saves days of back-and-forth: your browser and its version, the page or file where it happened, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is gold.

Common questions

The player doesn't appear on a page. What should I check?

Reload the tab if you installed or updated Lullula while it was open. Then click the Lullula toolbar icon — the popup shows whether the site is on your blocked list and lets you unblock it. Some pages are excluded by design: banking and payment pages for safety, video sites, and app-style pages with almost no readable text.

I press play and hear nothing.

Check your system volume and output device first. Free playback uses your browser's built-in speech engine, so if a built-in voice is misbehaving, open Settings → Voices and pick a different one — or try a premium voice, which streams as regular audio.

What's included for free, and what does Pro add?

Free includes unlimited listening with built-in browser voices plus 2,000 words of premium AI voice every month, with AI summaries drawn from the same allowance. Lullula Pro adds a monthly allowance of premium neural-voice listening. Full details on the .

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in at , open Membership, and choose Manage subscription — it opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I get a refund?

The Founder lifetime plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee — email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. For anything else that doesn't feel right, write to and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email from the address on your account and we'll delete the account and its associated data, as described in our .

A PDF or EPUB won't read.

Lullula reads text-based PDFs and DRM-free EPUBs. Scanned, image-only PDFs have no text layer to read, and EPUBs bought with DRM (most store-bought ebooks) can't be opened. If a text-based file still fails, send us the file or a link and we'll dig in.
